These guys will take your money and not help you. They only work with their Chinese customers. I have tried several times to get help from the devs in regards to malfunctions on a ship that cost us $200. We have provided everything the dev asked for except a video. It’s a mobile game. Screen recording is forbidden in their own eula. Their suggestion was to download it on a pc and play there. They do not offer a Mac client. iPhone users beware, Thea guys just steal your money and laugh at Americans playing the game. Customer service seems to b a bot with auto responses. This game needs to removed from the App Store. Eve echoes is almost out. I don’t want to play eve but these guys are forcing their customer base away from them. So be it.

Great graphics & ship designs. Congested UI and loads of eyestrain, I feel like im flying a gnat or a giant gnat through a gnats universe which could be only as large as the inside of a home.

This was a fairly fun game. I got a notice yesterday about an event. Today I tried to play that event and all my progress was deleted! It keeps looping and asking me to log in, which I never did before. And “logging in” created the spinning circle of nothingness. I’ll consider starting over, but the game better work. 24 hours then it’s deleted.

Guys looks great, love the visual esthetic of the game. I installed this on my IPad Air 2 256gb, current OS. But after loading the game, soon as it goes to the part where you start the first portion of the game I see my ship for a fraction of a second then it crashes back to the home screen. I restart same thing. I cleared the cache, it got about the same place then it did the same thing crash to home screen. Please help I would love to engage in this nice looking game. Thanks.

Having played this game since it’s release, I was very excited to see the open game play style. However, after months of playing the game, I have come to the conclusion that the developers care nothing about the players and are solely focused on separating you from your hard earned money. The game mechanics are heavily “pay to win” focused. There are specific aspects of the game that players use to exploit certain mechanics of the game, making it impossible for you to win. So far, none of the changes have addressed any of the issues and a new patch coming up will take these exploits to even higher levels, ultimately forcing veteran players out of the game altogether. Despite the outcry from the players and despite the vocal concerns of thousands of players, the developers consistently and blatantly release changes that will force you to spend money on the game. Please do not fall for this trap. The developers have announced changes in the next major patch that will make what is already a badly unbalanced game, even worse. This is being done as a clear and deliberate attempt at forcing you to spend more money to win.
