Can’t click on seat

It says you can touch a seat to find out more info on why it is a good or bad seat but it does nothing when you touch them. Information is useful but I would like more info on why a seat is good or bad like on the website (which works on a desktop computer when you hover over a seat).

this app is a mess and barely functions. Laggy. Buggy. Can’t submit comments (which is basically the whole point of the app). Just installed it, now I’ll happily delete it.

At the top of the seat map it says to “click on a seat for more information”. I have tried and tried to find a seat icon that reacts to any touch to no avail. I found that the seat maps provided do not match those of the airlines on 1/2 of the flight I tried. Between these deficiencies it makes the app worthless. It is worth exactly what I paid for it-nothing.

App doesn’t work. You click on a seat to see what’s wrong with it and nothing happens. Basically 100% useless.

Recently if never finds the flight even though I’ve doubled checked the airline, date and flight number.

Cannot get seat info like it says you should. Really only helpful to see a better layout of the aircraft than what is shown on United’s app.

Most of the time the app simply got the seat arrangement of the flight wrong! I don't think they have the correct info of the equipment in use and the seating arrangement in that particular plane. I can fumble through the app to find the generic information about seat arrangement versions of a type of plane. For example, on United, A Boeing 777-200 has 5 different versions of seating arrangement. The App often shows the wrong version.

This app used to be dependable and great. Now it can’t find a map for even one of six flights I am booked on R/T from Memphis to Bangkok. Boot even the domestic flights., no matter if you searcH by flight number, route, or airline. USELESS!
