Pass on this buggy mess! Tried and tried to buy tix for a Cubs game in Chicago and have them mailed to the hotel where we would be staying... Never happened. 1) App would not process a purchase when the "ship to" was not the same as "billing" address. 2) The in app generated help email was not answered for days. NOT ONCE, but TWICE! 3) We ended up acquiring the tickets from a different vendor... That worked flawlessly. Bye bye Seat Geek. Do I call it an app, or malware?

Used to be able to see exactly where your seats would be, aisle, middle etc. Now all you see is which row and it doesn't tell you the seat #'s. Useless

Recently I use seatgeek to purchase a ticket the Kanye West concert in Washington, DC 9/8. I purchased the ticket the morning of 9/6 and it was supposed to be sent via the app as an e-ticket. The ticket showed as pending for the entire day and just now appeared 30 mins before midnight. Once the ticket appeared I noticed that the ticket I purchased for the Kanye West concert in Washington, DC on 9/8 was instead for the Kanye West concert in Miami, FL on 9/17. I am completely furious as the concert I want to attend is in less then 24hrs and the almost $200 ticket I purchased through seatgeek has not been delivered! I will never use this service again and I suggest you don't either!

After ordering tickets and being charged for them. They sell the tickets that's were purchased to a higher bidder and cancel your tickets. Stick to live nation or vivid seats. Real companies

Love the fact that this app shows you tickets for all kinds of events: concerts, sports, broadway shows, comedy nights and music festivals. The user interface is very polished and intuitive. This app helps me find out what's going on in the city!

Scam app

Never buy tickets here ever!

Purchased 2 tickets for a concert they took the money out right away and I never received any tickets! Tried to contact them and I could never get ahold of a person only a computer this app is a scam

New update is terrific. Sent an unused Jets ticket to a friend and it worked without a hitch.

BEWARE OF HIGH "SELLER FEES"

I've had the app for a couple months now but never used it. Was about to purchase tickets to an Orlando Magic preseason game and the tickets were $274x2=$548.. After their "FEES" total was now $657!! I understand it's a business and you have to make money but $109 in "FEES" is ABSURD. Will never use seat geek and I will make sure none of my friends do either.
