Rip Off!!! Doesn’t pay out for tickets

I sold tickets to a concert and was told my Venmo was payed out and I’ve never received money. I’ve contacted costumer service several times and they’ve failed to pay out my money.

Absolutely do not use them! I was charged in full and was never able to download tickets. I contacted customer service via email and phone multiple times each and never heard back from them. Total scam!!

Never received my $20 promo rebate even after contacting them 3 times through email. Tickets worked but customer service is severely lacking.

I love this app! It's so convenient on every level. Being able to buy, sell, view your seats, and simply having your tickets scanned all from your phone. It also alerts you on events your interested in. I highly recommend SG!

When I first install the app the only thing that I wished I could do was to sell tickets as well- which it does now! This is a great tool and has worked out for over a dozen purchases!
Great option to save money

I usually only buy Reds tickets through seatgeek. My favorite thing is that they do not add crazy fees. I used to use stubhub until they added fees that were an additional 1/3 of the cost of the tickets! I would have given SG 5 stars but there are still some games that are just unnecessarily unaffordable. Either way, if I want to go to a game, I don't buy from any other site or app.
