Time waster – SeatGeek - Buy Event Tickets Review

Pass on this buggy mess! Tried and tried to buy tix for a Cubs game in Chicago and have them mailed to the hotel where we would be staying... Never happened. 1) App would not process a purchase when the "ship to" was not the same as "billing" address. 2) The in app generated help email was not answered for days. NOT ONCE, but TWICE! 3) We ended up acquiring the tickets from a different vendor... That worked flawlessly. Bye bye Seat Geek. Do I call it an app, or malware?
