Not ready for prime time

Glitchy, slow, dead links, and generally unworkable. Is this really the best Sears could do for its app? Note to Sears: hire qualified app developers, beta test then release to the public. Get to work! You're losing sales!

I keep getting stuck on the welcome screen trying to sign in. It says that the user already exists.
Thing before you buy online

Don't buy anything from this app or online, I have broth a gas scooter from sear's, the website say I could return it within 30, I call the phone operator say I got it by mail have to return it by mail, they will send me the return label, I never got it, I call again they say the scooter come from a three party, then they tell me the three party didn't not refine at all.

This app is very dumb when shopping for tires. It doesn't give you an option to sort out the size of the tires you are looking for or application size for the car/truck

About a year ago I bought a Craftsman lawnmower. Craftsman at one time was the best. My mower has broken twice since I got it.Sears no longer does repairs. They subcontract!! Each time it is 6 weeks to the day before it is repaired. In the meantime I have to pay to have my lawn mowed.

Say what you want about Sears. But the Shop your Way rewards program is excellent. And nobody has a better "in store pickup". Sears in store pickup is flawless compared to Nordstrom and even Neiman Marcus! The App works just fine!
