Slow and disappointing

The app is very slow and a lot of times it will ask me to login in my shop your way reward account but tell me my user name and password does not match even though I just logged in directly on the sears website

I never write reviews but I have to for this app. The initial disclaimer is ridiculous and the app is still slow and not user friendly. Take some tips from some of the other big name stores. I can't imagine how many sales are lost due to a poorly designed app.

This app is exactly the same as the awful mobile website. You will not be able to find what you're looking for because the app/ mobile site does not contain all the content that their desktop site does. I only downloaded this because I already had something in my cart and I wanted the 10% Off my purchase.
Useless app

My case is worst than the rest I think. I've been trying to log in but the screen just remains in "loading" mode. I thought it was my home int connection but now I'm at work with fast speed connection and nothing, I still can't log in. DON'T waste your time and memory space with this app.

If you're buying something from Sears.com expect horrible service if you need any help after the sale. The call center is overseas and frequently doesn't understand your issue then directs you to the points toll free number. The points area refuses to help you and then hangs up on you. Casey Stefano
