Would like to be able to choose to use my points, or some of them, if available...or to just keep collecting points. Also, points should last longer. I HATE when they expire so quickly...
Tire purchase and website

I placed an order with 12 month financing with my payment method. But it took a while due to being that my registration that I signed up with said invalid this email is already in use. Yes, because it was me that signed up with it. But the website needs some help. I buy most everything from Sears and I need the website to perform better. There quality in their products are outstanding. I will always stay with Sears, but they need to work with customers that have been with Sears over 15 year's plus. Sincerely, Steve Hutton.

This one app is so convenient to have very easy to navigate and complete a purchase. Sears really has a winner here folks.

No I don't agree to let you have access to anything you feel like to use this app. It's no surprise Sears is going out of business.

Sears at Westminster town mall has the worst customer service and a very bad store manager my lay a way was cancelled because I lost track I'm ok with that but now they refuse to give me my money back. I called there Corperate office and was told we mailed u a check but they don't know the check number or when it was mailed now I only missed the pick up date by a week and there telling me I can wait 7- 21 days for my money back I will never go into Sears again this is my money not there's I am going to try to get it again today I know the police can't do much but embarrass them I will call them and stand there with the police and dr reports give me my money back!!!!!
