Ok but could be better

The Sears app was ok at navigating but it had a hard time displaying the shopping cart screen correctly. I had to close and re-enter my order. A bit frustrating when you are trying to give them money.

Too MANY bugs. Too MANY Crashes. Don’t have the scan credit card option. Compared to other retail store apps, the Sears app’s checkout process is too long. If it wasn’t for the reward points credit from my warranty claim and the fact that all the local Sears stores are closed, I would have NEVER used this app.
So easy to use!

Items are easy to search for and get details about choices. Discounts are applied without being complicated. Great app.

It’s is very hard to navigate or apply rewards savings or points. Have many and have not applied any to not one order. The point system and how to use is not clearly explained.

This website is SLOW and kept asking ‘how I was going to pay’ despite the fact I had already put my credit card information into the order. I finally just stopped trying yesterday. Today I used Pay Pal.
Deceptive points program

Buyer beware. When you go to make a purchase online and they entice you to sign up for the shop your way rewards program you are offered in my case $126 in points. The description below says that these points can be used on your next purchase. Nothing additional is given regarding how the points are used. Then you make a purchase and find that the points are spread out over many months and the most you can use in a given month is $10 and it expires at the end of each month. Very deceptive/fraudulent
