Apps on IPhone keeps crashing. I deleted and downloaded again on phone. But it keeps timing out and making difficult to use. Please fix bug

The Sears overall shopping app is OK, but you have to be very careful when specifying alternate shipping address. Also, there doesn’t appear to be any easy way to delete old credit card information.

Can’t use app. Pages take forever to load or do not load at all. Trying to schedule repair service. Gave up after 15 minutes of waiting for each page to load.

It’s a nice idea, but the app repeatedly asks you to sign in. Sometimes it is an impossible circle
