I had no problems and enjoyed the savings , even $5.00 for installing the Sears App . I would have shopped Sears anyway as they have had quality products even long before this “old man” was born . Now in the electronic age with ordering from my phone , Sears is keeping up with the competition.

I use the Sears app a lot and have seen improvements but there’s still more improvements to compare with other apps from HD or Amazon. Sometimes I’ll leave the app running after selecting an item to be placed in my cart while I go for a cup of coffee! The product selection is excellent and the reward program saves a lot on purchases.

Great service with sears using their app. But what you need and pick up at the store is fast and easy.
Difficult to navigate

Connecting with their loyalty program through the Sears app is unnecessarily difficult. It’s also difficult, if not impossible, to figure out what coupons, points and discounts you can or cannot apply. Sometimes it’s just easier to pay a little more and buy the item on another site.
Totally disappointed

I received a Sears cc so we could make some purchases for a new home and the app was really convenient at first but now it doesn’t direct you correctly and will kick you off but won’t let me sign back in.
Kenmore Pellet Grill

Real happy with the savings on my new grill-$290!!! I’ve come to find out too that the grill is actually manufactured by Z- grills. A big name in pellet grills. Not that Kenmore isn’t a big name in quality appliances either. Thank you Sears! I’ve been watching and waiting for the right time to buy at a good deal!
Image quality

The image quality is very poor. It’s hard to commit to buying something when you can’t see the details of what you are buying. I like the checkout process though. It’s very straightforward
