Existing Members – Sea Tow Review

One would think existing members would get some sort of renewal discount. Disappointing once your a member there is no renewal discount. Obviously, the plan is to move to Boat USA for a new member discount. Your only as good a your renewal members (your annual fee annuity) Customer Service should be revisited with this in mind. Hard to get as many new members annually vs the existing ones you lose. App does not work. One feature would be for the weather functionality to work. You would think. Can’t event do a search and get weather for an area. Shire does not help to be safe.
