I am currently HATING this app that I’m paying for

Mtheoryclothing

The app won’t do anything except tell me to go PREMIUM ad I’m ALREADY premium paying for it. I cannot make any changes to my child now and there’s NO AVAILABLE SUPPORT to talk to for assistance

Annoyist app ever

As a teenager, screen time isn’t enjoyable in the first place. But it doubles and adds extra time, takes your apps away randomly, and doesn’t have a help button. Based on my experience, it’s a terrible app.

Works well for me so far but could possibly be better

I got this because my daughter won’t put her phone away ever. It works as it says and when paused takes away all her social media apps. Which is great, she can still make calls for emergencies but not get on the social media. Slight problem for when her apps come back they are all out of arrangement and she’s pretty frustrated with that because she has to reorganize all the apps, I think that could be fixed.. where it would reopen the apps where they originally were.. but other than that it works pretty well. She’s not happy about the blocking but she understands why we needed it too.

:(

Bad :( cancels everything. Oh I have them back- SIKE Don’t download if you have it and it spam blocks a device then go and remove the device from the account

It’s become a hassle!

What the developer fails to share with us buyers is that is not compatible with iPhones- here are the problems I’m having. I’m having issues with the app. Since I switch my daughters phone to an IPhone the app doesn’t seem to register well. It shows my kids as inactive on my phone(parent) while my kids are on their phones. Not to mention my daughters phone went blank for all their apps, literally freaked her out and kept doing it. Finally they were installed back on. But it continues to do the same thing through out her using the phone. It’s become a frustrating to use and unfortunately I paid for the 6 month deal. What a rip off! Not to mention I’ve only used it for about 3 weeks now!!! I’m dealing with this frustration. It’s constantly removing the apps. Not worth the hassle parents - shop around - or simply keep it old school- physically take the phones from our kids and take the time to go through their phones. My only advice from a parent that learn a good lesson.

Terrible App

Kgmnemt

This app is horrible. It doesn’t work like it says!. And the worst part is you have to pay for the service and get nothing in return!

App Restrictions & Apps Gone Missing

Faith, Hope, Charity

I definitely don’t recommend this app. Deletes a lot of “restricted” apps. Taking time to re-download because of a lack of wi-fi connection. Just be sure to enable restrictions before deleting, okay?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

GREENYCREEPER14

All this app does it ruin your fun of phones it’s so dumb I wish the apple store didn’t accept this dumb app I hate it it’s so stupid AAAAHBHHHHHHHHHHHH DO NOT DOWNLOAD this stupid app it’s so annoying when you’re trying to play something it just kicks u off and say your time limit is over this is so gay TAKE IT OFF THE APP STORE

False advertising

Garbrielle Joseph

I thought this was free from the advertising I saw. I’m not doing the subscription. I understand we live in a sinful world can’t expect nothing for free beside salvation. I know next time to read all the details before downloading. I would get it but the price is way to high.

Non functional

I’m not tech illiterate, so when I say the app isn’t working, it’s true. The pairing codes do not work with any of my kids’ devices (android and iPhone) and there’s no way to get new codes. The “contact us” page is a joke, and there’s no way to close your account, neither in the app or the website. I’ve spent hours now trying to resolve one way or another.
