Kid can remove app from phone...even with the “upgrade” from screentime’s site

Three months ago I would have given this 3 stars...one star less for no phone controls and one star less because the geolocation is worthless. Now, my daughter has figured out a back door way to remove the app three times from her android phone... It’s worthless. And on top of that, they charged an extra $12 for geolocation which doesn’t work. “Press the green button”. Not. Also, it advertises as free?? It is not.

Unless you enjoy all of your apps being deleted, completely unorganized (taken out of folders you've made and randomly placed), and basically setting up your phone every single day, I would suggest not getting this app. Very counterproductive considering you have to spend so much time fixing what the app messed up.

Rip to anyone who has to get this app. Am I addicted to my phone? Just like most people, yes I am. But I believe this is an invasion of privacy and phone addiction can be solved in a much better way.

More trouble than its worth

I downloaded it to try on my son’s phone. Seemed like a worthwhile app. Then the premium expired and I had the basic/free version. There was too much it didn’t do so I decided to cough up money for the 6 month subscription. Huge mistake. When I upgraded I still didn’t have access to everything I had before. That cost even more money. And it’s been nothing but problems. I repeatedly have to undo device management and reinstall the app because it causes it to freeze up. After a week fighting with the app, I gave up and uninstalled it. I am out that money but my son is happy. Now to find a better app.

App does not work properly.

I installed app on my phone & daughters phone. I went to set a schedule & it kept telling me to pay for premium after I’d already paid for it. I I tried everything to get it to work. Spent hours trying to figure it out. I hit the help button & sent a request to fix. It says they usually respond in 2 hours. Here we are 10 hours later & nothing. I’ll be asking for a refund & trying a different app.

Locks iPad constantly

After giving this app chance after chance, as well as my money, I finally gave up. It constantly locks my sons iPad, kicks him off of apps for no reason and reloads over and over. The headache is not worth the trouble. Set an egg timer to keep track of screen time. Customer service seems to send responses without actually reading the issues. Very frustrating

It is bad because when you delete the tab you automatically get blocked from all your apps and it is so annoying Everybody give this app a 1 star rating and make the App Store take it down
