Not my favorite

Over all, this app is a pretty good app. But as the kid on this, it always messes up. Sometimes it says it’s not running properly. And then ALL the apps you’ve downloaded disappear. So you have to go into the app and get them back. And I want my apps to be organized! But when I get them back, they’re never in the folders so then I have to re-organize EVERYTHING! And so far today, this has happened twice. Five times in the past two days!

We love this app. It has really made a difference with my son and his screen time in various devices. It has also helped in getting him to do stuff around the house because he can earn more time by doing certain chores.

Does what it is supposed to do. Easy to figure out the parent side of things, can’t speak for installing and setup as my husband did that. Easy to give more time if needed. Doesn’t block texting, which is a plus and a minus - using it on my 8 year old’s iPad so he can only message us. Have had some interesting conversations with him in the car when he runs out of time. ?. Would definitely recommend this app.

Did not work. Paid a lot of money and it was very buggy. My teen also figured out how to turn it off. Waste of money.
Terrible on Apple products

Downloaded Android version first on a tablet. Worked very impressively so I paid for the annual family license. Downloaded it to my other daughter’s iPod and it is just a mess. It locks the device frequently and for no reason. When you unlock it, the apps are moved around and must be rearranged. Tech support is minimal help too as they just suggest the usual “uninstall and reinstall” garbage. I wish I tested this on the iPod first rather the Android device as I would not have wasted my money on an annual license.

When I try paused on my iPad it locked all of my apps I cryed so that's why I deleted it because it make me cry

I don’t like this app, not because it doesn’t work, but because of what it stands for. This app is nothing but an invasion of privacy for a teen, which won’t improve any relationships, especially if you go behind their back. How about instead you talk to them directly, and tell them about limitations yourself. That way you can improve communication between you and your child instead of hiding behind a screen.
Ok, but HUGE problem

I downloaded this for myself so I could do homework without distractions. So when the blocking time went on, all of my apps got blocked and my downloaded ones disappeared (normal) and when the time was up, and my apps came back, they were in a completely different order than they originally were. I have my apps in a very specific order for specific use, and I can’t have it changing it up. Please fix
