Why change it?

It’s so bad now this is not what i paid for. They took A lot of features off and it’s much harder to use then before. Change it back to how it was because this Version is awful

App closes before scan is finished

My experience was horrible! It's buggy all the time; and it hard to focus on the image. Pretty bad, don’t buy it .

On 9-21-20 scanned bunch of documents. Now to retrieve and use wants to force you to sign up for $9.99 per month trial. This is BS. There have to be other apps.

So far, this app has been easy to use. I downloaded it after another scanner app I downloaded was giving me fits! Hopefully, this one will be an improvement.

I keep losing my scans!

The app closed on its own and the 12 pages I had scanned were gone before I exported them ! I’m deleting it right away.

Some functions don’t work at all.

I can’t add to my drive because google tells me the app doesn’t have permission. There’s also a glitch with the camera where it gets stuck on “hold still” until you cancel the scan and retry.

Please bring back the older version

Though occasionally buggy, the old version got it done. Ever since they did this recent overhaul of the app, it is not longer useful. It doesn’t allow an actual manual mode and keeps cropping out large portions of my documents. Ended up unsubscribing because of this.

Don’t like it. Try to cancel subscription and the system don’t allow

I have been using Easy Scanner for 4 years, and just updated it. I am pretty sad that after the update, all my saved documents are gone! Where is my saved documents??
