I have been using this app with no issues for years. All of a sudden recently the app started going to a blank screen when I open it. The blank screen doesn’t go away and a lot of my important documents are saved on this app so I’m afraid to uninstall and reinstall it. This is beyond frustrating.

I downloaded this app and it’s horrible. I did the free trial and I did not want to pay so I removed my card information. Now they are saying that I have to pay and it is not letting me update anything on my cell phone. This is a violation of my privacy. You people have no right not to let me download or update anything on my phone. You don’t pay for my devices I do. Please fix this issue or there will be consequences. Cancel my membership because I don’t know what you people did.

Scanned docs a few times and it logged off every time not able to scan docs

Yesterday you updated this app. When I went to use it today I found that all my files for the last year and a half were gone and I was left with a blank screen that did absolutely nothing. No thanks! I just canceled my subscription!
