Tried to cancel my membership and got zero helpful information. Customer service was not helpful and so am stuck trying to figure it out on my own before the charge me. Plus the scanner just looks like a camera, it doesn’t even scan it to look like a real document. 0/5

I used this app for a long time and scanned some important documents. Now, I can’t even get the app to open. All my important documents are gone. I’m so very sad and upset.

They used to be my favorite scanning app but recently it became unusable. It’s so light and burry! No one can see it. I tried so many different ways to scan and it doesn’t work. I tried emailing them but it bounced back. Please fix this app back to the way it used to be!
