Don’t purchase

I purchased a one-subscription in June 2020 for $39.99. The app renewed in June 2021, but at the monthly rate of $9.99 per month = 3x the price of an annual purchase of paid monthly. I had already paid for 4 months of monthly service by the time I caught this and asked Apple to credit these payments towards a monthly subscription. The response was to refund only two of the four months paid; no dialogue or appeal to work this out, which I find to be ridiculous because this is a simple transaction and a fair request. Apple is just another giant company that’s too big to speak with peasant customers… let the customers waste their time trying to negotiate with a robot that’s designed to screw you.
Overall not bad

You have to make sure that you do not have any documents under the one you wish to scan,otherwise it will scan that partially as well . Hold camera still . Overall not bad !
Won’t turn off auto renew

This app keeps resubscribing me to it and continues to charge me $10 a month. It will not allow me to shut of auto renew or desubscribe to it

Have trouble with print not coming through with detail. When saved and sent as pdf the text is very light and hard to read. Asked for help with the issue but no response.

Your subscription automatically renews until canceled. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date. To learn more or cancel, review your subscription. There is a problem when you try to click unsubscribe.. so you need to call APPLE OR your credit card to stop payment.
Unnecessary and going downhill

this app used to be really great. it was very useful and convenient, and great for organizing business like documents. However it is greatly gone downhill by adding advertising much of the time when you try to perform an action. and now that the iPhone has allowed the feature of scanning it has made this application unnecessary. if they want to improve this app that need to bring back the one time purchase option. when this up first began you paid for it once and that was that. Now even though I’ve already paid for the app before, I am now being bombarded with advertising again. It’s like being sold a product of them being robbed of that product just because they feel like it. So take away the advertising. Some of us got actual business things to do.

The app does not allow you to cancel within the free trial period. I knew within minutes that this would not meet my needs but have not been able to cancel.
