Tickets bought online do not show in app and there is not even an option to add tickets in the app very annoying .

I attempted to register swisspass account when prompted during checkout. In the process I switched to email app to get the activation code, switched back to SBB app - it returned back to the login screen and now I have no way to enter activation code. Another issue: “Checkout as guest” flow defaults to the first person in the passenger list, but there is no way to reorder that list.

Login is impossible on this app. Creating an account was impossible on the app. (The necessary page would never load.) So I created an account on my desktop. Then I tried to log in with the app, but either the login page wouldn’t load, or it loaded but did nothing or timed out after I entered my info. I’ve wasted at least 45 minutes on this useless app. Save the time and don’t bother trying to use it to buy tickets. I guess SBB doesn’t really want to sell them.

Often stops working as it searches for schedules for minutes on end and then gives me an error message ‘oops something went wrong try again later’. It’s now being doing that for 4 hours I am giving up.....
Great app for navigating Swiss transit

I used this app during my week long trip to Switzerland to travel in and between Zurich, Mürren, and Lucerne. It was great for buying tickets and giving me connection information - it helped save a lot of hassle and confusion! My only feature request is to be able to integrate with the SBB ticket shop accounts, so I can import my ‘half price’ fare card - instead of always having to open up the PDF on my phone for every ticket inspector.
Not recognizing my Demi tariff

The app has my SwissPass card (with demi-tariff) stored but it doesn’t give me the option of buying tickets at 50% price. Went into train station where they confirmed it’s a problem with the app. Means I can’t buy tickets through the app and always must buy at station... very annoying. Please fix.
Trips saved on one device do not “synch” on the other

I dont understand whythe trips that i have saved on my ipad wont synch on my iphone, and vice versa. I had multiple rounds of email conversation with their support team but they werent really answering my questions....

Made my travels in Switzerland so much easier. Was easy to lookup schedules and easy to buy tickets. Plus, tickets can be displayed on the app. No printing needed! I was even able to buy local bus tickets through the app. Highly recommended, especially for international travelers not familiar with the Swiss transport system and schedules.

Great app, good design, easy to use. Easily better than any other app I’ve used anywhere. You can even search connections to other countries!
