Great for at least several countries

Used this app for a 3 week trip around Switzerland, Italy and Spain. The app accurately shows train schedules and was very handy for us to use getting around.

Great app, just 1 minor flaw

Please, SBB, make the app remember its state for more than 1 minute... Every time I want to check the time of the connection that I looked up just few minutes ago and I go back to the app, I have to search again. Please fix that. Certainly not a RAM limitation iPhone 7.

No more zone extensions

In the latest update, zone extension tickets are no longer possible. This would be fine if my profile knew what kind of monthly pass I already have. Instead I now have to input an itinerary for only the stops that font cover my pass so I can buy the appropriate ticket. For example, I have a ZVV pass that covers the city of Zürich. If I want to travel from Zürich HB to Langnau-Gattikon, I have to input an itinerary from Zürich Soodober-Leimbach to Langnau-Gattikon. Then I can buy the ticket that covers the missing zones. But this is very complicated. Usually I want to know the schedules from where I leave. Also I often don't know at which stop the zone changes requiring me to look up a zone map. Basically this is way too complicated. What would be easy is that the app knows my ZVV pass and never asks me to pay for zurich city zones, even for an itinerary starting from Zürich HB.

App ok - but no support

Due to a connection error, a ticket was purchased twice. The app does not provide any support contacts and the email sending the ticket is invalid. I was hoping that mobile would be a priority and that customer support matters here as well.

Need more time for class upgrades

The newest version refuses to let you buy any ticket as soon as the train is scheduled to leave (even if the train is late). This is particularly annoying with class upgrades. There are many mornings it takes a few minutes to realize there are no seats in 2nd class. I would happily pay to upgrade my to first class, but the app won't let you as of the second the train is SCHEDULED to depart. There is no accounting for late trains and no grace periods for class upgrades. Please let me give you my money! More money for SBB and no more journeys spent miserable (and hot) standing in 2nd class.

With the December update, the app decided to delete my personal payment method (without any notification) and change my primary payment method to my company credit card. Turns out all my train purchases from the past month have been going through the wrong card! Having to apologize to my company for a mistake this app made is ridiculous. With every app update, it gets more frustrating to use.

It was great before

It was great before the last update. Now there's no day pass options and some of the single trip options are missing! I have to buy tickets from the machine as it's Cheaper than using the app!

App keeps getting worse!

Edit: still charging me the default amount event if i have added a travel card - instead of the extension ticket by default. The latest „updates“ removing features and break existing ones. Whats wrong with you?! Supersaver Tickets have been virtually removed with a cheep excuse of DOS attacks (absolutely no relation to that) to save money. All the wile top execs get payed bonuses in the millions...

Great app but 1 suggestion

When I find the route schedule I want, then buy the ticket, there’s no link to the route details. I would like to have the selected route’s connection times, tram/busstops, platforms, and info quickly available instead of having to search again and again at each stop along my journey. This is a bit of an oversight, otherwise the app is excellent.

Can't download, why? Please fix soon.
