I would like a refund. The app continues to crash & I can not save the videos from my profile. This was the only reason I downloaded the app.

I purchased this app and it doesn't load. I should have checked the ratings first, and I will be requesting a refund, just not sure how.... Update it, at least make it run! I cant judge how good an app is if I can't even see what it does!!!
