Travel allowances

chrisl213

I've been having trouble putting in daily allowances . I had to start a whole other report with different dates in order for me to put my travel allowances in . Not real convenient

Very user friendly

SCROLLINTIME

Great, very easy to use.

Car rental

It is frustrating that you cannot book a car to pick up at one airport and drop off at another in the app.

On the go iPad convenience, needs a laptop to finish

The mobile app is great to capture expenses on the go and make modifications to existing expenses. However, I find I need to use the website to move and expense to the proper report.

Bugs seem fixed

Concur used to be really had to deal with from the app, but my today’s experience has been great- a smooth ride. Thank you!

This app was really good...

Alft70

Latest update has made it more difficult to navigate. Hard to get out of an expense once you click ok it and find you don’t need to make changes to it. Arrows are gone from top left of screen. Top right choices are hard to see because the color blends with the background on the bar at the top. Poor design changes. Please go back to the way it was

Game changer

Purdy22

The app is great and it allows me to process instantly rather than all at one when I get back to the office. It’s also very easy to navigate.

Crashes immediately

dmtnbkbst

The app crashes immediately after the splash screen. Completely unusable.

Please add “frequently used” attendees

Please add “frequently used” attendees. It takes 10 clicks on the app to add myself to each lunch.

Only as good as the timeliness of audits and approvers

The product itself is good so long as the audits and reviews are turned around quickly; it often takes nearly a week to even receive the initial return (of both concur audit and approval review), and then a month before payment actually occurs. Appears as intentional delay
