Remove menu bars!!!!

As other reviewers have mentions the new update leave the menu bars on the screen!! This is awful, it makes your viewing experience so much worse and takes away previously screen real estate, PLEASE FIX!! Please also add support for AC3 Audio as this is now becoming the standard for many videos.

Fix the crashing app

I bought this to move pictures from my phone to this device to expand my storage capabilities and as soon as I click on iPhone under the pictures section on the app, it crashes? Yeah, totally worthless unless you fix that. I have tried multiple iphones/ipads under 9.XX versions with the latest firmware to the previous version firmware and they all do the same thing, crash. Horrible app, I expect better from sandisk, apparently they do not even use their own devices or this would have been fixed already.

Like others said, it won't work streaming from iTunes for any recent version of iOS. Of course Scandisk blames Apple but they still advertise that you can stream when you clearly can't. Terrible paperweight. Stay away and do not buy.

I got stiffed!

My setup, IPhone 6 with latest version iOS 9.3.2, this app, and latest firmware installed 3.04. Fully updated. Thumbnails are jacked. iPhone music is not seen through this app. Pictures cannot be zoomed. 1080 videos made by my iPhone lags and stops. I believe this was working with older phones and iOS. Why advertise this product as working for all iOS? Waste my time and now I'll have to refund this and all the accessories that I bought! @&$")(

UPDATE: version 3.2.2 - Another update, but this app version still has not fixed the problems from version 3.2.0 and version 3.2.1. As with the previous versions, while streaming a movie/video from the device, it leaves the annoying menu bars on the top and bottom of my iPad or iPhone screen - it's ANNOYING SanDisk - FIX IT, it was never that way on the previous versions before 3.2.0 - I'm ANGRIER that SanDisk still has not fixed it with this latest update! The device crashes when I use a slower SanDisk SD card. (when using 15mb read/write sec) I will have to buy a medium speed SD for use on this device. But when I use my fastest card that I use in my SLR cameras, the device works even better and faster. BUT it's for my cameras! Also, I have only been viewing MP4 video files. I have not tried copy protected files yet. 4 stars for now!

The good: nice to have extra storage to free space on your phone. The bad: I have an iPhone 6, and after installing this App, my Touch ID stopped working. The error presented made it appear I had a hardware issue. But after completing resets, Touch ID was working intermittently. So I decided to remove this App. After removing, Touch ID worked normally. I'm an IT guy, so I re-installed the App to see if the issue could be duplicated, bingo. This App broke the Touch ID as soon as I re-installed it.
