Free version was working fine. Bought the premium version so I could use the track pad on the browser within the tv. IT WORKS 10% of the time. In the title it says app for Samsung tv. Now my app says it doesn’t work with Samsung TVs. Waste.

My dogs kept chewing the remotes when I’d fall asleep and drop “em from my hand. Bless whoever invented and/or designed MyTifi because I stopped replacing those costly remotes. The fact it works perfectly and never gives me problems is the icing on top but that’s not all. Having my remote integrated in my smartphone means I needn’t worry about losing it. One question, “Hey Siri where are you?” ?
No-Brainer Must Have for ANY Samsung Smart TV Owner

Outstanding app, solid as a rock, works w/ all 3 Samsung models we have, (each being a completely different model, version, year &/or iteration) & that includes the free app with zero limitations. However, we purchased the Pro (ad-free) version LONG ago due to how stable, seamless, & solid the free version was, & it was (& is) worth every penny. The pro purchase was a no-brainer due to the strength of the app build, the consistency of the updates, & the continuously added customizations & features (aesthetic & feature-based) that the developer puts out without ONCE attempting to package any of it within a paid upgrade. While all of the above combined easily place this app in the top 5% of all apps in terms of overall value, using features, stability, developer competence, acumen, AND integrity, the price of the Pro upgrade is equally justified by the devs refreshing business model, highlighted by a TRUE 1-time purchase commitment. It is important (in my humble opinion) to reward great devs who do great work, ESPECIALLY those who buck the tedious trend of subscription-based sales & incremental paid upgrades, & the paltry sum, (1x $3.99 at time of purchase I believe) while wholly voluntary, is a pittance to support everything that we as app consumers clamor for, even as it becomes more & more endangered. DL this app immediately, use it for a few days & experience having an OEM Samsung Smart TV remote for your precise TV model readily available on your phone, & then SUPPORT this outstanding work & dev by laying down the equivalent of 1/3rd of 1 month of ANY (of the cheapest) monthly streaming subscriptions, & in the process NEVER lose your remote (or change any batteries) again. (Hey, adding batteries to “Cost To Own” analysis means that this app PAYS YOU in as little as 1 year (in money saved on replacement batteries) Disclaimer: I purchased this app of my own volition, without any previous knowledge, contact, or consideration of the developer(s) or the app. I was neither compensated nor asked for my rating or review, & I owned this app for at least (1) calendar year prior to submitting this (100% truthful) review. This remote works great with my 2021 Samsung Q8. Every up date makes it better and the customer support is very good. Thanks for the hard work creating this app.

The app works. BEST.APP.EVER. It is just like holding a physical remote except no batteries ever need to be changed. I highly recommend it. It's nice when an app actually 100% works and with no issues. Developer is super-responsive. He and his team know what they are doing and they listen to suggestions. I’d give it 2,000 stars if I could
Paid premium app stopped working

It was faulty before. Now it is worse cannot find tv, and then I connect to YouTube from the same phone so it is not WiFi issue. Fix your app and no it is not us who cannot control the tv but your app malfunctioning. Fix the problem please
