Bought the Premium version and remote stopped working!

When I first came across this remote I was excited because I finally found a solid Remote for my Samsung smart TV. But after purchasing the premium version the remote immediately stopped working. I don’t know what The reason is but I have checked to make sure everything was working on my end. It feels like I just got ripped off. I’m at a loss…

My Mother-In-Law stole our remote when she moved out and we were struggling for a couple weeks without it. This morning our TV got stuck on an option that really required the remote. Luckily, my wife downloaded this app and it is the exact replica of the remote that came with the TV without having to pay $20 ordering Amazon. Use this app and not any of the others. It will save you time, money, and patience.

Grateful for this app! We lost our remote and we’d been using the jog button on the back and then today, it stopped working too! We called Samsung and they didn’t really help and we called DirectTV as our jog control stopped working when I accidentally selected their input. Anyhow, my husband was on the phone with DirectTV while I was looking for solutions and also trying to find a phone remote for the tv upstairs which didn’t work, but ended up working on the one we were having the difficulty with. We even like that it looks like our remote. So thank you and hats off to u for a great app that really brightened our day!

I’m using this app everyday and even don’t know what the physical remote is. Had questions about the app and sent email to them. They responded really quick. I recommend this app to everyone.

I prefer myTifi over the Samsung Smartview app for my Samsung K series TV. Most problems I have encountered seem to originate from a poor internet connection vs a problem with the myTifi app.
Loved it until the most recent update.

I only have one TV I use this remote for. I understand the new update is supposed to make multi TV control easier but it’s ridiculous I now have to select “automatically connect to last TV” and then select my TV every single time I want to use this remote. I want it back to when I opened the remote and could just use it. Not have to fix a bunch of settings every single time that don’t save anyway.

First, the app works exactly as described. However, even better, when an issue does occur, the support is immediate, friendly and very effective. Highly recommended!!
