Why? Not compatible for I phone 8

I use Samsung and many others Top Brands so now I have an iPhone 8 and it won’t let me enjoy The this app i’m assuming because it Samsung in this is an iPhone 8, otherwise anything else it works great on my other not I devices.

Samsung is like the person that is always starting a new project but never follows it through to completion. I bit the bullet and switched to iPhone after years of strict Galaxy usage...but as usual, Samsung can’t keep up. Just like with the nx30 camera I purchased in 2015, and several lenses...suddenly Samsung stopped making the darn things! So here I am, with a new iPhone, and an obsolete camera (that is amazing on its own...Samsung messed up not pursuing that niche) but now I can’t get the smart camera app to function on iOS 12 (that was already on this phone). Of course it worked seamlessly with my Galaxy S8! Bitter much? Be the bigger company and fix this app to be compatible with your competitor. It obviously worked a few months ago because I see 6 positive reviews. You had one job Samsung! You’re too focused on curved screens (which are also horrible) and stupid VR headsets to invest in the phone features and apps that always kept me coming back to your brand! Apple has officially surpassed you in all aspects. And just like my stupid matching Samsung washer and dryer that got recalled after 2 years!!! I go to buy a new one and you don’t even make the same colors!!! So now I can have a jacked up mismatched set that I worked so hard to pay for to have a matching set to begin with! Please, fix this app because I am sick of getting the shaft from my poor decisions on “investing” in Samsung products!!! Enhance what you’ve already got and stop trying to one up Apple!

The only reason I gave this app a one star rating is because I don’t have an option to give it a lesser rating. It worked fine at first but it doesn’t any longer because Samsung won’t upgrade the app or create a new one that supports iPhone upgrades above iOS 11. “Create it and Forget it“ must be their motto because they do nothing to keep their customers satisfied. This feature is one of the reasons why I purchased my expensive Samsung camera. Takes great photos but if I can’t use the app, it’s pretty much useless. I used to have a Samsung smart phone, but I had problems with it and had to switch to Apple because I can’t afford to keep purchasing new phones every year. Better to pay the extra money for Apple because it lasts longer and they actually stand behind their products. “FYI Samsung, if you want to try to keep up with Apple, it would be a good idea to keep Apple customers happy as well as your own!!!!” This will be my last Samsung purchase because it’s quite obvious they don’t care about their customers or even their own reputation because I’m seeing tons of bad reviews regarding this app and other Samsung products that prove this theory.

Few years ago I bought a NX200 and I was so happy loading my pic to my phone by the app, but something happen that I can’t do any more, is really frustrating to do few steps, for the camera give you a error message, and try again and again for nothing work, This app is bad don’t download

i’ve been using it for a couple years on my older phones, and it works fine, like all my pictures end up going through, but the problem is that it takes ages to connect to my phone/tablet. sometimes it connects immediately and others i have to restart my phone etc just to get it to connect. yikes.

Everything was working fine of course until y'all released that you weren't updating app compatibility. Have two Samsung cameras, now I'm forced to use a laptop.

Does not work and never did work well. Have used what I could get to work of this app for some years. It’s been junk from the beginning. This was my first and will be my last Samsung camera.

When trying to transfer photos from WB800F, after choosing the photos to send from camera to iPad it crashes. It used to work.

It’s been a year, and thought I would try again. Camera has sat in a drawer. Still unable to connect the camera to the iPad using the app, WiFi, Bluetooth or camera adapter. Chatted with Samsung tech and told the only way to connect is Bluetooth. Still doe not connect. Then told it isn’t compatible with Apple. Useless app and camera for me. I know it isn’t an Apple product, but why have an app for it? This is my first review, but I felt strongly enough about the poor performance of the app to write one. I have the samsung ek-gc200 camera. I also use an iPad Pro. Unable to get my pictures onto the pro. I bought the micro to sd card camera reader, and nothing. I downloaded this app, and just continues to tell me to connect to the cameras WiFi network (no network detected). I just chatted with Samsung tech, and the results were not good. I was told that the app is not compatible with apple. What? I downloaded the app via Apple App Store onto my iPad Pro. How can it not be compatible with Apple. Then I was told I just have to wait for an update to the app, making my Samsung camera useless. I have a Kodak camera that does just fine. No problems using the card reader to download. Not an Apple issue, not a Kodak issue, strictly Samsung. Very disappointed.
