I was finally able to get the app working after reading other reviews here! I Googled "what is my IP" and copied and paste it to the camera wifi DNS address setting. Thank you!

I loved this app when I first got my nx1000. It was the perfect way to transfer and edit my photos for social media without getting into Lightroom on my pc. Now the app doesn't even recognize my camera model. Get your sh!t together Samsung and update this app. My camera isn't even old.

This dumb app worked at first but now I can't upload my god dam picture because it keeps saying "security recommendation" like ok? What does that even mean????? All I want is to upload my pictures and I can't because it won't correctly connect to my phone!!!!! Get it together Samsung I swear! This is why people like canon better I swear!!!!!!

App works great but there are many flaws if not fixed I'm moving to Sony wifi camera since iOS security updates the old app that hasn't been updated since a year has just rotted in the App Store and Samsung should update it or make a newer app that works with all of its wifi cameras

The app used to work really smooth. I was able to connect to the camera's wifi and recieve the pictures i wanted. Now whenever I hook up to the camera's wifi, it tells me that it is an "unsecured connection." Can this be fixed with another update??

I liked it at the beginning it was really great and easy to use but now it's not working at all. I am so disappointed with it. I wish they launch an update or something and it starts working again.

App does not work and crashes to black screen. Hasn't been updated since 2015. Samsung obviously doesn't care about this camera product and outright lies about transferring photos via WIFI.

I've been using this app for a while with my NX2000, it's always work correctly receiving the photos from my camera. But whenever I try to send a video, the Camera says it was sent but nothing is received on the app. It's really frustrating because I need the video.

Want the most practical app

App collapses everytime i transfer files from cam to iphone. Then freezes my camera. Only works better with my samsung note 2 which i dont use anymore. If you put this app in app store then i hope it works both ways
