I don’t understand the issues but this app used to work smooth and uncomplicated but now it will not work and I’ve spent a day on it! Don’t waste your time with Samsung cameras! They are No longer wire-less I guess?????

Used to love it but now it wont work with the new iOS update. Im very disappointed the remote viewfinder and easy transfer of photos was the reason I got this camera.

Waste of time for Apple products

Why have an app that doesn’t work still listed in the App Store. This is incompatible with Apple products and a total waste of effort and time. Terrible customer service or involvement

It’s been a few months now and my app still doesn’t detect my camera I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it multiple times I’ve tried everything and anything but I still do not have access to my pictures or videos through this app. Do not recommend!

I get that Samsung and Apple are competitors in the Smart Phone industry, but making your app so it is no longer compatible with iPhones? Pathetic and sad. Makes me want to boycott all Samsung products in the future.

I usually love this app because of how easy it is to use. Not right now though. EVERY time i initiate a transfer of my photos the app crashes and closes. Please update to fix this issue.

Shame on you Samsung. Two years ago (today is September 2018) this app worked flawlessly. (I’m using the iPhone 6 and NX300The latest update is so bad. I used to be able to do all the tasks in the WiFi feature. Now, I can only use “Remote Viewfinder” (self-explanatory) and “auto-share” which allows you to immediately send a captured photo directly to your phone after the shot has been taken. Don’t let your phone time out or the camera time out, or you will have to reconnect your camera and phone again, from the beginning.

This camera takes fantastic wonderful amazing incredible images do not provide support for the new operating system is terrible god awful. Again the camera is excellent the app still works ya ?
