Obvious ploy to make you buy Samsung phone

This app will not connect to phone to camera. Wife’s Samsung connects in an instant. My iPhone simply won’t connect at all. Keeps asking for password but they don’t give you password!!!!! Ridiculous

Again, another update is needed and Samsung is dragging their feet. This was such a cool gadget for a while. Now it’s useless. Can’t connect to it therefore I can’t see what’s being recorded. App is useless. Get your crap together!!!

Samsung Should provide update for iOS 14 as it is about to release. Disappointing!!!!!!! Waiting for new 360 camera with enhanced features and better support.

I’ve had the Gear 360 camera for two years now. The software for PC and Mac straight up does not work at all at this point. The iPhone app seems to be the only way to get the photos and videos I’ve taken converted from there 360 format to the equirectangular format.I’ve search for third-party solutions and found nothing. This app constantly loses connection with the device. On the rare occasion that Samsung makes an update the app works temporarily. This thing is a paperweight. I am so incredibly disappointed and it makes me question ever buying from this company again.
