The app is now asking for a user name and password and I was never given the opportunity to create either a user name or password. Therefore I cannot use the app!

Re-downloaded the app and not it won’t connect. It shows that it’s connected through WiFi but it asks to connect again in the app.

They fixed it!!!

Samsung killed iOS connection. This will not make me switch to Samsuck. Will never buy another Samsuck product.

I can connect to the camera via WiFi signal and the camera indicates that it’s connected. However the app prompts for a user and password after I’ve already connected and for which there is no relevant information. This app and this $200 camera is useless. My company bought this for business use and I will be suggesting alternatives as we cannot obtain the necessary media for the advertisement portion of our business. Don’t bother buying these cameras unless you know a better option for interfacing it

Unable to connect or use my Gear 360 because I need a username and password. Everything I have typed in is incorrect.

I’m still waiting for updates for this camera. I can’t use the 360 function for almost 4 months now because there hasn’t been a update since November 11/4/2019 till now 2/4/2020 for my iPhone XR. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to get a update??? This camera is pretty much paper weight. I knew I shouldn’t have bought Samsung products.... every Samsung product I own has broke down or have problems. Very frustrating with this brand!

Works great, connects great once the Gear360’s username/password is entered in correctly... just copy it as shown and enter it into your iPhone ...if it doesn’t work, YOU are the problem, you’re doing something wrong. Just wish their was more options in the settings, otherwise it works good.
