So convenient and easy. Associate very friendly and helpful if I have to call about my order. I use the shipping to my door so much!! ❤️

I got to self checkout and realized that I left my debit card in the car. The lady Ms.Gee came over and told me exactly what to do within the app to avoid going back out to the car and within a few minutes I was done. She was very helpful and patient!!! Scan and go it is for me from now on!!!

It would be nice to be able to place the order and then have the ability to change it within, say, 8 to 10 hours of pickup time. That way, an out of stock item might have become available. Also, an item that had been overlooked could be added.

The Sam’s club app has got to be one of the most frustrating apps out there. Things don’t have to be this difficult. I absolutely hate it! It’s only redeeming quality is scan&go!

I do not like this at all I would rather view easily on my laptop but Sam’s Club website has not been able to take an order since 1/29/2021 and they say go to app and use it. Really on the app you cannot use a gift card. They seem to think this is no big deal that you cannot use a $50 gift card on their app. So I started shopping elsewhere today. Hope the new vendor does well. Then I returned to purchase two items that were more money elsewhere and had to use a major credit card. I am not happy but Sam’s does not seem to care that there web site will let you put 22-25 items in your cart but never let you pay for it. Good customer service. Guess I will be going back to Costco? Never had any issues with their website, didn’t like shopping at Costco because they did not allow credit cards except their own in Club. I did not want to add another card to my payments owed. But never had any issues online using any payment I wanted.
