Can’t view cash back anymore

The most recent update completely did away with the ability to view my cash back balance. I will not continue to pay for a plus membership if they are no longer offering cash back and just wiped away what cash back I had already earned.

The app won’t let me put anything in my cart. Items say they are available but won’t go in to the cart.

It seems to have some performance issues. I can be very frustrating to use the reorder feature when it won’t let you reorder from that page and also when it won’t load!

I can always depend on Sam’s and feel confident that I’ll get order in as promised. Just hoping pricing doesn’t get too out of the zone. Poor us!
Needs improvement with voice over/screen reading apps for the visually impaired.

The Sam’s Club app, to me operates mediocre at best. Whenever I use the app there is always a problem. This time I wanted to change my phone number for 2 step verification and couldn’t. I called the number and explained what I wanted to do and was immediately told I “couldn’t after I had placed an order “. You can’t place an order without going through the verification process, which I couldn’t because the phone number needed to be changed. I went through this 3X, before being able to change the number and finally make my order. I like Sam’s, but the app and online operation needs some tweaking. Thanks
