The Sam’s app is very user friendly and it’s easy to pull up previous orders for fast shopping
Can't add anything to cart

I used to like this app until it has stopped letting me add anything to my cart. I can look at the items but if I want to order anything I have to go to their website and do it there instead. So frustrating because it defeats the purpose of the app.
If it wasn’t so laggy I’d give it 5 stars

The app is great and convenient when it’s working properly. More often than not, though, it’s SUPER laggy and eats up your battery! I had 100% battery life, hopped on the app to order a few things for pickup as well as browse. About 15 minutes later, I’m down to around 60%. I notice this a lot with the Sam’s app & always thought it was strange.

I love that I can send a bouquet of flowers to my family when they are I’ll. It’s so convenient and the flowers are beautiful. Thx Sam’s for making it so easy for your customers.
