Great App, Terrible Customer Service

lspencer2011

Downloaded the app, it works well. But when I went to pay to disable ads, the app charged me but never stopped the ads. I’ve reached out to support multiple times in the past months through all Available venues but I never received one response or refund. Don’t waste your time using an app with terrible support when there’s 5 other ones that works just as a good

Only worked for a week

Only worked for a week even after uninstalling and reinstalling app

Rarely works

srasri

It was working couple of times, later stopped working.. more ads less functionalities.

Gotta get the ad free version

ClearlyFabulous

The only reason I’m giving this a 3 is because I had to pay for the ad free version in order to keep my sanity. Other than that it’s a decent app.

Doesn’t work

Says it’s connected and shows my tv’s IP address but does nothing at all.

Unresponsive

sacatetuco

Totally and absolutely unresponsive with my Samsung MU6500 and my Samsung 4k Blu Ray player. NONE of the buttons work, even though it supposedly “detected” my TV and/or connection almost immediately. “And/or”? Yeah, because since touching those buttons have on my TV the same result as me tapping on a rock, I Really cannot tell what was “detected”. To make matters worse, every other action you do triggers an app. I am VERY knowledgeable on HDTVs and all their peripherals, I probably know more about them than whoever “designed” this thing, so a NEWBIE I am not. There is no mistake on my part, this junk of an app doesn’t work and if you want nicer reviews get your $&$! together and DESIGN an app that at least WORKS. Unless “functionality” is too much to ask. Good day, Sir!
