Shows new messages as read?

It’s been slow to load messages and it’s been slow to synchronize. I rated this 5 stars when it came out. Now new messages are not even being bolded- it looks like I have read every thing but I certainly have not. Please fix the slowness too!
What is with all the issues lately??

I use to love this app. Last month it continued to crash now it doesn’t show with emails are unopened. Come on get it together.

Like most people, I’m tethered to my Inbox. While I absolutely love the direct connection between Salesforce CRM and my emails, there are (to) many times when my (phone) app will show me I have unopened emails, yet the app won’t present the emails for me to review/take action. There are other glitchy things that happen sporadically as well. I would like to see SF put additional effort in this app as it literally is the most important app I use EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Inbox - for all its CRM-related bells and whistles - needs to be a strong email client first and foremost. It's failing on that front with multiple inexplicable bugs in the last few releases. Where is the quality assurance?

I’m really enjoying Salesforce Inbox for my work email, especially the ability to automatically record emails in Salesforce, track opens, share calendar availability, and use shortcuts for common responses. It helps me keep my work emails separate from my personal accounts. Finally, it helps me keep on top of my business by making it easy to see what opportunities I have worked recently.
Great app, still needs some more work

Great app, could use some updates like swiping to mark read and some other features similar to the outlook app. Also making the calendar more accessible and a better layout would help. Fixing the unread issue, and improving stability would be nice also.
Must have app for Salesforce users

It brings email, calendar and Salesforce together under one bucket. The premium features of Inbox are very useful. The desktop versions also you can’t leave without them. The AI and machine learning capabilities are awesome.
