The "Insert Availability" feature is worth its weight in gold as are things like Read Receipts, Scheduled Sending, Smart Tasks, and of course, the best way to relate emails to multiple Salesforce records, contacts etc. New features keep rolling out and it keeps getting smarter, more intuitive and fun. Version 7 with the updated look and feel is even better.
