I have an old iPad 2 and tho this app appears on the desktop, it immediately crashes after being clicked on. If if doesn't work on old iOS, please alert me in advance.

Finally CRM integrated email from your mobile device. Many claim to be able to do this but Salesforce finally delivered!

Has sync issues with GSuite at what seem to be critical times. Almost have to use the iOS mail app as well.

RelateIQ, SalesforceIQ, now Salesforce Inbox, keeps our company engaged with customers and provides the analytics needed to anticipate needs. I’m hoping SFDC will make this and key Einstein components part of its core offering versus pricing them separately before our renewal. Competitively, these features are pretty standard now, as machine learning and artificial intelligence takes center stage in customer relationships.
