The app is bad in that it doesn’t give you updated wait times or let you know where you are in the queue, it charges your bank account before ever having been helped by a doctor, and you cannot cancel the appointment using the app. The service is even worse than the app. Was told the initial wait time was less than 60 minutes - it took three hours to finally receive a call. The call lasted less than 1 minute (literally) and the doctor kept speaking over me instead of listening. In the end, they didn’t help me at all and told me I needed to go in to see someone in person. In the three hours I waited for the call, I could have already gone to urgent care, been seen, had medicine, and been back home. Waste of $49 for nothing! Skip this service and just go to your local walk-in clinic.

The app is a piece of crap. Doesn’t give you a wait time, charges you, can’t cancel appointment, none of the support numbers work, chat support doesn’t work either. Don’t use it.

Super easy to use and really convenient. The nurse practitioner was really helpful. This is such a nice option when you need to see a doctor but don’t feel like getting off your couch!

Tried to schedule during the evening. The next available was 7:30am the next day. Made the appointment, only for the call to be 15 minutes late. Then they tell me since my child is under 13 he must be seen in person for an ear infection. I asked why this was not stated on the app and why I was able to schedule. The response was they are working on it...waste of time, I would have already been at the doctors first thing this morning waiting instead of waiting for a late call that was no help.

Sloppy customer service. I called to make sure wasn't charged as doctor never showed up and they had me on hold way too long finally gave up and said I'd dispute the charges. What a joke.
