Renders iPhone unusable

I was excited to use the VPN but it renders the iPhone unusable. When it is on, it keeps asking for the password over and over. It also slows the connection to the point of making the iPhone unusable. Bottom line, useless app that I ended up having to delete. Now my iPhone works again.

This app is basic which has limited features and not much info regarding threats or if there’s been attempted threats. I feel that if we’re paying premium prices, we should not be receiving mediocre service. Sadly I won’t be wasting money on this app again. There’s others better and cheaper.

I’ve had Mcafee Total Security on my PC for quite a while and then recently got the VPN service, I like that on subscription covers multiple devices. The sign up and activation process was confusing. I have been using it all the time and haven’t noticed any significant slowness. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t connect automatically and you have to reconnect every time you go on line. My local search engine results have been skewed because it shows information from the server where the VPN connects, and I had to disconnect once to do a transaction because my log in wasn’t recognized. I paid for a year but don’t know if I will renew. However, it does what it says it will and anything that helps people stay safer on line has to be a good thing.

I love the features this app has to offer, just wish when accessing my bank information the loading process was quicker.
