Needs work...

Skip Deluca

Dpad controls are whacked...girl just starts walking opposite direction for no reason. Combo hits are whack-a-doo got a 412 hit combo in my first 30 seconds, cause the enemies don't go away until you stop hitting them. In app currency is always, always, always a bad idea.

Needs several big improvements

ThumpMonk

Badly, badly needs a tutorial, as has been previously stated. If you want to sell a game to an English speaking audience, consult someone who speaks English about your in-game text. Top notch graphics, but the game play could be a little more responsive. Lag ruins any game. Shows promise, but this game studio needs to get it together. This feels like a beta, not a release.

Nice graphics, severely underwhelming gameplay

Jehbeh

Please, put some effort into your games instead of just trying to get people to buy it based off of the nice artwork. Developers like you, and there are many of your on the App store, bring the whole market down. Make a deeper, more polished game and sell it for more... There IS demand for this.

Sad princess review

Sad princess is a pretty good side scrolling RPG-type game for mobile gaming. The graphics are very cute and thought is pretty simple, it's addictive once you get use to it. I liked that sad princess is a very simple game; no complex controls, a small funny storyline, and easy to use. Many people have been giving this game a horrible rating it doesn't deserve because of lack of tutorial. Yes, it would have been nice to have a tutorial, but there is literally one attack button and a d-pad for controls. It takes a matter of minutes to pick up on everything. I did not like however, the money system. It is pretty impossible to get large sums of money that are required for the real goods to buy, such as nice weapons and some pets. I managed to get a 8000 coin orc,but the dragon is 109700 which is absolutely impossible without purchasing coins in-app, much like the store and coin system in infinity blade. This leads me to the pet system. It's a great idea, but it is very hard and unclear how to train your pet, but i think you just feed them stuff. Sad Princess is a great game for only $2 that should not be passed up because of lack of a tutorial; just use the princess guide from the main menu, it helps. You'll love the graphics, pets, and RPG elements, but hopefully you'll only have to spend the $2 and not buy coins...

Great game

Nojin

Good graphics, good game play, an expansive collection of weapons and pets (all of which are expandable), and a lot of fun all around. My only complaint is that you must play the game in landscape & upside-down (on iPad power to the right and headphone jack on the lower left) so the headphone cable gets in the way of the movement controls, but is easily reminded by not using headphones...

I love this game, but there is no tutorial.

Really good game

This game deserves a lot more attention and praise. Its original, fun and challenging. I like it that it is a man in distress and a princess is doing the saving, about time he? One you get the controls down there is plenty of fun and addictive gameplay, a lot of levels and a well thought out game that is worth the price

Tried to like it.

Just not that fun.

READ ITS WORTH IT

okay it might seem confusing at first but it's worth the three bucks... Here are some tips: -ALWAYS watch your health bar (the red, pinkish one) -when the Blue bar (below the health bar) is full tap clovers face is will give you "sadness power" -when on "sadness power" tap the button that's normally block and it will hurt all of your enemies on the side your facing ( I recommend doing it towards when the blue bar runs out otherwise it will take up half of it) - you can but buy things when not in the cave(they cost a lot more and give you ALOT more) -you can sell things to the people in the cave say you have a sword you want to sell go to the dog and tap the money bag(?) or abandon a pet go to the bunny or sell life thingamajig got to the cat - that's it :)

Great fun game

I played this during a 12 hour flight and it kept me entertained for a huge portion that. The graphics really pop.
