I love Rush, but the app is Still buggy

If I get a call while listening, the app stops and I have to restart the feed, and find my place. Please fix.

Love the show and the app (when it works). Pleeeeeeeeaaaaasse fix the issues with the app. I have the most updated version and it still spins and spins. I refuse to try to find and listen to podcasts via YouTube.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to do so in hopes many voices will be heard to fix this app. I recently Became a Rush 24/7 subscriber so that I could watch the ditto cam and have the podcasts. This app I super disappointing especially because I am paying money for a terrible working app. 1. Audio cuts out in the middle of playing 2. Podcasts take hours after the program to show up on the app 3. Why can’t I at least listen to the ditto cam when I close the app like other media player apps? 4. Program can be heard in background when I take a call 5. Program doesn’t pause when you take a call or switch over to something else 6. Continually have to completely close out app to restore functionality when it starts getting buggy. Love the program! Disappointed in the app! Yes I am on latest version.
LOST login no help

I had the free trial and when I updated my iphone it erased the login. THIS APP HAS NO LOGIN RECOVERY! or, something is wrong and I am using the correct login but it is not working. I have sent in help requests for FIVE days and still have not been contacted! It charged my credit card and I can't even access the APP!!!! I expected better from Rush, so annoyed and disappointed.

Rush needs new IT guys.. programmers put out untested crap.. expect users to debug.. Was a development programmer myself for many years.. how they get away with putting out this crap is beyond me.. doesn't anybody test anymore??

Basically, for two days I have not been able to stream or download podcasts from 11/1 through 11/6. Oddly, I can download and stream the morning update from 10/30/19. Yesterday, I deleted the Rush App and reloaded; no change. Some days, I have to power off my iphone XR and restart before the current date appears as an option under the Additional Podcasts menu. I am on IOS 13.2. I feel cheated by the poor quality of service and poor support response. If quality does not improve, I question whether I will renew when it is time.

I have an Iphone 10r with current software. Frequently I cannot get video to play at all. Other times I can’t even get audio only. With your love for Apple products, I would think your app would work better on them.

This app has to restart every single time you access it. You can listen to it for thirty minutes, walk to your car and go to turn it back on and it restarts from the beginning. Pause to take a call? Restart. Rewind 15 seconds three times? Freezes. Need to restart. Get out of the car, connect headphones to run? Restarts again. Press pause to use another app for 20 seconds and guess again - restart. Over and over and over. It would also be nice to access the downloaded files directly vs having everything load with the updates. I don’t care what’s on the home page - I want to go straight to the podcasts and download and start listening.

This app is incredible. If you’re a true ditto-head like myself, then you must have this app. You can choose between watching Rush live on the dittocam, or listen to his show via the podcast after it airs, which is amazing because it cuts out all the commercials. Plus you have all the top Rush quotes and featured stories of the day right on the homepage. Simple to use, so user friendly and very well done. A must have!!

***update Moving on to week 2 of broken pod links. Seems ridiculous for an app primarily used to stream content for paying customers *** The roller coaster of broken app - fixed app has swooped back down to broken app. The entire reason for this app is to stream or download podcasts and yet the app is more often nonfunctional in those regards. We are now at a full week of broken podcast links. All this for an app I pay money for yay! What a value!
