This app is great, never been one to keep with exercising but I really love this one
Purchased this app to help me track my push-ups in prep for a fitness examination (military). It almost became a game and I was, not thrilled, but looked forward to seeing improvements. 3 months later, completed more perfect form push-ups than I had for my fitness assessment in 10 years. It's my go-to now and I'm excited to continue to see improvement week after week.
People who are doing a in-real amount of pushups like Norris should be banned from the app. The other problem is it doesn’t always record my sessions BS.
Stopped doing push-ups for a season, restarted app. Forgot how effective it was to reach my goal of 100. Now on to the goal of 105
I agree, the only health milestone I wanted was 100 pushups. Tried my whole life and just finally last year made it due to this app! Just follow the instructions and don't start on a level too difficult for you and before you know it you'll be at 100 and looking ripped as hell. Love that you tap your nose to the screen as you work, really creative, and really helps you get out of your own way mentally not having to count. Thank you! Again, it works.
