Unless you are already able to do a decent amount of push-ups without issue, this app won't be of use to you. The levels progress at such a ridiculous pace. Day 1 you start off doing like 12 push-ups over the course of 5 sets. By day 9 you are expected to do 35 pushups. There's no way someone who struggles to do 12 is going to be able to do 35 after 9 days. Heck that's only level 1, too. Levels 2 and 3 are even more impossible. How about making the app progress at a reasonable rate for someone trying to get into the habit rather than skyrocketing through the levels so you're doomed to failing within a few weeks...

This has been a great app for push ups but I'm at the end of my 30 day challenge and I would like to continue the process any suggestions? I would love to continue with this app

I'm 64 years old. This has helped me do more push ups than I ever dreamed I could. It has also helped me continue over time.
