Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Ties into Apple Health and i can use my own music playlist.
Loved using this app for getting me to accomplish my first 5k. It pushed me without overwhelming me. I’m now working on doing another 5k soon. Perfect for getting back into shape after babies.
The iPhone version is great. Watch version is useless. It does not sync with the phone so I can’t see my progress and the watch won’t give me details. Watch version also does not give me the halfway mark of a run which the phone does. I contacted the developer in October and nothing has changed.
I use to run cross country in high school. During college and my first job after that I tried getting back into running but I always pushed myself too hard. I was trying to do the same things I did in high school. I would always just burn myself out. With this app I have been able to get myself back into running and love it. I do what it tells me do and have seen myself progress so much. This is the second time I have used this app to get back into running. 1st time before kids and now after I have had them. I have recommend it to friends and will continue to do so. I really can’t say enough good things about it.
I purchased the program because I want to do the one mile in 4 weeks but at this point it doesn’t work. So disappointed
Since the update I can’t open the app. It just automatically closes down. Oh no!!
This all helps keep me on track to progress on my preparation for a 5k. I would definitely recommend it!
Stopped working and won’t load at all for xsmax. Again, what a bummer.
I’ve been using this app for about a year and I really love it. I was never a runner but it has helped me train for a 10k. However, if I get a call the app pauses until I go in and manually start it again. It does this even if I ignore the call. I don’t have the same issue when texts come in. It’s pretty frustrating. If someone from the app can reach out to me about this in case there’s a setting I have to change? Thank you.
