Old purchases not working

I purchased the 5k training program on this app years ago and returned to it from time to time. The new version has only given me access to a 1 mi program for some reason. I emailed support but got no help in restoring my purchase. I will buy another 5k program but from someone else!
Forced to Use Apple Music

I do not use Apple Music and cannot get past the option to opt out. I click ‘Not Now’ and the screen continues to pop up. Deleted the app.
Watch app useless and broken

The watch app will only let me access runs I have already completed through my phone, making it completely useless...
Stopwatch is inaccurate

I thought my times were improving significantly but NOPE the stopwatch is way off. It’s off by about 1.5 mins per mile. The distance is accurate however so I can’t give it a one star. I like everything else about the app, if only the time worked properly it would be my go-to running app.

i love their pricing model, pay for what you want, but it was makes perfect send to pay for the full package up to the marathon level. this apps devs are far fairer than the other app devs. the UI is really nice, there were a few mistakes they’ve corrected.
