Love this app

Ribs2018

I have been running off and on for 19 years. I never thought my pace could improve so much. I just finished week 6 and I went from running over 10:15/mi to 9:28/mi! Question-what do I do when this round is over?

Subscribed. It used to work great.

Now it just says “Not connected to internet.” Does not matter if I am on wifi or LTE...same message. Reinstalled....same message. Too bad. It was a good app before.

Best App Ever

ameeralmaliki

This is one of the best running apps I have ever seen. Wonderful great everything you need is in that app download it and you wont lose anything I promise.

Try it!!

This is a great app for easing me back into running. The intervals increase as the weeks pass. I am not using this for weight loss, so I cannot attest to those results. However, good music, motivating structure. Give it a try!

App keep saying I don't have internet

This is a good app but I've tried downloading again and it gives me a not internet connection...I have all bars and unlimited data...please fix this!

Like it but the ads!

JGMBICK

I really like the app but find it annoying I paid for the app but to get it with less pop up ads I have to pay for a subscription. Overall I really like it.

Not free

amazinglyawesomemama

The app implies there is a free option, but then only thing free is a 7 day trial. After that it is $9.99 a month

Pretty neato

So far I love the app! I feel more motivated to run. The meal plans are a little unrealistic for a full time working mom though. Maybe there could be an option to pick and choose lunches that are prepped once a week for that week?

Great motivation

it's yours for the taking

This app helps push you every week. As soon as you start feeling comfortable with a work out run, it’s time to change up the run intervals... always makes me break a sweat within the first 10 minutes.
