So I haven’t ran in years. The app lets me know how long to run and the breaks are great. More energy and self confidence thanks for making me a runner again.

Great Free App!!!

Super easy to use and I’ve recommended it to many friends who also love it!

First time use and it was great.

Only wish you could use music under the same app while you run without buying the premium version.

Lost 30 pounds from January-March

I’m always skeptical of apps on the App Store, especially workout ones. BUT let me tell you, this app actually helped me lose 30 pounds when i thought I was never gonna be able to lose weight. For me, the weight loss came through a combination of this app, the treadmill and slight diet changes. I highly recommend this app! P.S. I did purchase the 9.99 month version but rarely used it as it was towards the end of my workout phase. I accomplished the weight loss using the FREE 8 weeks version.

Waste of money

Since you can’t use the app until you purchase, I bought the $39.99 yearly subscription which doesn’t allow for a free 7 day trial. The reviews on this app were great. After I purchased, I immediately felt duped. There are other apps out there that do the same thing, better and for free. The recipes are a joke. They give you one recipe for each meal, take it or leave it. Grocery list is just a checklist of food from the grocery store. It does not pertain to what is being offered in the recipes. A complete waste of money and no way to get my $40 back.

OK but needs some intelligence

This is a nice looking app with plenty for the avid runner. However for the less avid who wants to become better, it could stand some development. My idea Let the person end the particular segment of the workout when they've had enough and let them start the next, making note of how long they ran. Right now it gives you credit for the entire segment if you skip to the next Next analyze the incomplete or skipped segments and adjust the next workout accordingly, then make minor adjustments in the following workouts to make them harder or easier depending on performance. Right now the app seems to just suggest boilerplate workouts without taking the users performance into account
