I like the workouts and the app. The only thing I didn’t like was whenever I try to connect to runkeeper by registering with Facebook it will not let me. Instead of opening the Facebook app to allow the app to connect it takes me to the web page and then it won’t let me allow from there.

GREAT running trainer for anyone just starting OR wanting to improve as a seasoned runner. It made my run through my neighborhood a challenge as I tried to pace myself so I was waking steep hills and running flats. I would highly recommend!

Battery sucker

I’m disappointed, this app is everything I’ve been looking for in a running app. But totally killed my battery. I had 100% when I started, made it a mile and a half, not even made it half way through the workout time and I had to turn it off because my battery was down to 20%. I might try it again with turning off some of the stat comments but I don’t think that’ll save my battery enough.

I have tried many different settings and music will not continue to play once I select it. I’ve downloaded mixes and everything. I don’t need an app to run in silence, I can do that on my own. I’ve even tried to delete the app and reinstall and I don’t have an option for that either. Not pleased at all.

App keeps saying there is no internet connection when there is. Does not open. Please fix.

Horrible Customer Service

I reached out three times: 1. Following your site’s instructions, I sent an email request to cancel my subscription as I had unexpectedly lost my job. This was one week before the $39.99 yearly fee. There was no response. 2. I finally figured out how to cancel from my iPhone AFTER you ignored my request and took the money anyway (as I have no income this is a BIG DEAL). So I reached out again explaining the situation. I received a lame apology and instructions on how to unsubscribe. Duh. But no refund. 3. I “responded above the line” asking for said refund. No response. 4. Today I sent another reply to the same ticket asking for my refund (my bank shows no indication of one being processed), again no response. I hate you.
