Love this app but could use a few adjustments

Madalyn moree

I really love this app. I have been running for four weeks in a row now the most I’ve ever done. I’m down 7 pounds between running with this app and healthy eating. However I give it four stars because I wish when you were running it would give you a warning like “30 seconds left until 80% sprint” and also let you know when you’re on your last running section before cool down that way when I feel like I’ve been running forever I don’t have to open my phone and check. Otherwise this is definitely worth the money!

Garbage

My Music Store

Why can’t I use this app without buying a premium subscription? All of my friends use it and they just have ads but they don’t pay for it.

Wondering

Rebecca101202303

I’m simply confused as to this not being free anymore. Is it now absolutely mandatory for one to pay? I used to love this running app and really didn’t mind the fact that to get all the features, you had to pay for the premium version. I was fine with the things included when it was free. I stopped for a while, as I got busy, and when I went back to try running again, I found that I have to pay to access the app. There is no free version anymore, and I’ve got to say, that both disappoints and saddens me very much.

Crooks and Robbers

I downloaded the app to get more information about what is offered. I saw unusual charges for $10 on my account and it turns out they have been charging me for 12 months for an app I downloaded and erased the same day. They are bad business. They will steal your money. $120 is not a lot but it’s my $120 and who knows how many people they are doing this to!!!!!! Stay away!!! I gave 1 star because zero was not an option!

Solid App

SaraBaraQuiteContrara

Pros: mapping, intervals, coaching, great for beginners Cons: cost (for premium), calorie accuracy, variation of levels I started this app when I wanted to pick up running again. I love having the structure when going for a run. Having the different intervals makes it go by faster. I loved the first stage. Building up from walking to running was exactly what I needed. I felt very accomplished. It also seems to be accurate in tracking distance and pacing. The advice in the app is also good. I appreciate the different tips. Sometimes I haven’t understood the harder stages. It seems like there’s not much else to do once you finish the 8 week program. The way the ads opened forced me to get premium or I couldn’t access the program at all. I had to get premium and I don’t think it’s worth it. Also, I’ve noticed it’s pretty generous with counting calories. One time I had it on to count walking and it said I burned over 700 calories walking 3.5 miles in an hour. That seems high to me for walking. But for running, it usually matches the treadmill closely when I run indoors. Just keep in mind it seems to count at a constant rate regardless of your speed.

It works!

Mistakenly subscribed unable to cancel..

nopenopenopw

I downloaded this app forever ago, uninstalled and didn’t realize it was charging me for a subscription. Now I’ve tried reading every instruction on how to cancel it and I can’t figure it out. I wish I never got tricked into this app.. I’ve contacted apple and it’s been a mess. Can anyone please help me so they will stop charging me???

Made for outdoor workouts and slow app

Kristin A B

The robot voice (not real trainer) who tells you when to run or walk doesn’t tell you what speed to go. That’s fine for running outside...but if you’re doing the app on a treadmill that isn’t too helpful...unless you’re okay setting your own pace on a treadmill. The app is slow and the music option lags. Nutrition plan isn’t too bad. Overall I’d recommend getting Aaptiv instead for workouts, and googling to learn what to eat and what proportions of fat protein fiber and carbs you should eat for each meal.
